WHAT ARE BARRETT LIMO HOURS OF OPERATION?

You can book us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Once you decide to hire Barrett Limo services, call our office to have one of our reservations specialists help you book your ride. If, however, you happen to reach us after office hours, you will be re-directed to the company’s on-call manager who will help you book the ride.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE A RESERVATION?

You can book us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Once you decide to hire Barrett Limo services, call our office to have one of our reservations specialists help you book your ride. If, however, you happen to reach us after office hours, you will be re-directed to the company’s on-call manager who will help you book the ride.

DO YOU OFFER OFF-HOUR SERVICE?

Yes, we do. If, from the get-go, you know you’ll be needing limousine service in the off-hours, please try to reserve in advance. Off-hour service is typically between 11:45 pm and 4:45 am.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY AND IF YES, WHAT IS IT?

Unfortunately, not everything can go as planned and we understand you’ll need to cancel your reservation from time to time. Please communicate the cancellation requirement with our staff directly through email or phone; for all regular service cancellations done up to two hours prior to your chauffeur’s scheduled departure, your deposits will be retained but you won’t have to pay any additional fees. If you cancel within two hours, a cancellation fee will be applied. In case you cancel after your private driver has already left the garage, you will be charged for the actual time the chauffeur is on the road. Cancellation and fee policies vary for wedding and prom service.

IS RIDING IN A BARRETT LIMO SAFE?

Yes, riding in a Barrett Limo is absolutely safe. Our chauffeurs are first-rate, reliable professionals with years of experience. To ensure your safety, we’ve made an extra step – Both our chauffeurs and our affiliate network companies go through a rigorous vetting process to ensure the highest level of safety and quality that our customers deserve. All of the chauffeurs in our fleet are cultured, educated professionals. The vehicles in our fleet are regularly checked and tested for safety, as well.

AM I EXPECTED TO TIP THE CHAUFFEUR?

Chauffeur gratuity is always welcome, but you don’t have to worry yourself about it. If, however, you do want to reward your chauffeur for fantastic service, you can either tip your private driver in cash or you include the tip in your total billing. The industry standard is 15% to 20% of the base rate.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY DRIVER IS ON HIS WAY?

Once the driver leaves the garage, you will receive a text message informing you of him/her doing so. You will also be notified of the driver’s name and phone number as well as the vehicle type and license plate number.
